SUMMARY

The Finance and Accounting Manager position will have responsibility for corporate accounting, and financial systems and ensure the completion of the common duties of the Finance & Accounting department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Make a business plan includes building a 3-year/5-year strategic plan, budgeting, and annual planning. Update and forecast P&L weekly/monthly/ad-hoc as requested by BOD
Building & managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of financial statements .
Responsible for timely monthly/quarterly/annually consolidated financial statements, payments, cashflow management reporting for submission.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances, and cost analysis.
Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
Manage the accounting team to accomplish accounting procedures, system, tax and financial report

REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA/ACCA
Having the experience working with Big 4 auditors
Experience in financial analysis in the retail lending
General knowledge of Vietnamese tax and IFRS
Strong spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and management skills
Experience in Fintech, financial company is an advantage
