Accounting Supervisor

1. Financial Accounting:
- Work closely with other accountants to review fixed assets, account receivable, prepayment, staff advance and Interco transactions to ensure that they are complied with local regulation
- Collect related documents, reconcile, and issue Debit Notes to charge back to related parties.
- Calculate the JV for accrual expense and review all JV post to GL for monthly closing.
- Review the Interco Confirmations that performed by Accountant staff on month-end for related parties.
- Prepare monthly Financial Statement and other reports for submission to Group
- Prepare the statistical report to submit to the Authority.
- Prepare the loan report to submit to State Bank Vietnam.
- Work closely with External Auditors to finalize the Audited Financial Statements.
2. Costing analysis:
- Calculation of the new pricing for semi-finished goods and finished goods.
3. Tax Specialist:
- Submit the FCT, PIT return to Tax authority via its website and proceed the payment for FCT on time.
- Reconcile with HR for monthly/yearly PIT expense and PIT finalization.
- Quarterly CIT submission and payment to Tax Authorities.
- Work closely with Tax consultant to prepare the CIT finalization submission.
- Maintain compliance for all matters related to Tax.
4. Legal:
- Prepare documents and submit dossier for changing ERC and IRC to Authority.
- Work with Legal Service on issues to address and reduce the risks potential for entity.
5. Continuous Improvement Projects:
- Brainstorm new ideas with team and other departments to implement the savings projects, frequently to review/ renew the internal control procedures to compliance with law and regulations.
6. Others:
- Perform other tasks related to financial data to Internal Auditors/Group Managements as ad-hoc request.
