Mô tả công việc
Build and manage the company's Human Resource and Admin Department to support the Company's goals and mission through HR& Admin activities:
1. Manage HR & Admin department together with HR manager
2. Develop strategic HR Policy, System, Procedures, Policies, Regulations & Guidelines in compliance with local laws & and customers' requirements and ensure its good implementation.
3. Recruit and develop qualified workforce to align with Company's business plan
4. Factory's Labor Union & establish collective labor agreement. Maintain good industrial relations and good employee satisfaction level.
5. Give fair Compensation & Benefit policies and ensure the proper implementation of the policies, including salary, insurances, other allowances and benefits.
6. Provide administrative support in accordance to the set policies and guidelines: security management, canteen, environment management, Health & Safety, transportation management, clinic...
7. Organize recreation activities for all employees such as: Christmas Party, outing trip...
8. Establish and maintain cordial relations with local authorities and good image of the company.
9. Maintain social responsibility of the Company towards environment protection and clean production.
10. Managing, coaching and motivating team members.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate or higher.
- At least 3-5 years experience in managing HR & Admin department in foreign invested manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge on Labor law, Environment, Fire protection, Health & Safety requirement.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Good computer skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skill, organizing skill, leadership & Managerial skills.
- Honest & Integrity.
An attractive salary & remuneration package will be offered to successful candidate. Company provides full accommodation for managers from other province/city coming to work for us in Ninh Binh. Transportation will be arranged weekly for staffs from Hai Phong & transportation fee for staffs from other province.
