internal Communication Specialist full-time 2024

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Internal Relations & Internal Communication
Keep and build positive relationships with other Departments/ Sections to share and update information for Internal Communication.
Create, manage content following internal communication plans and administer the system of Internal Communication platforms.
Provide guidance and answer questions for employees about internal media platforms and content.
Carry out internal communication activities through other channels such as email, Zalo, etc., and direct activities if any.
2. Internal communications on social networks for Company
Introduce VR tour: Supporting communication about Virtual Factory Tour to employees, relatives/friends and customers/retailers nationwide; organize promotional programs, encourage participants to interact on internal platforms and social networks.
Introduce Online Cooking Class: Supporting communication about the online cooking class program to employees, relatives/friends and customers/ retailers nationwide; encourage, motivate viewers to practice and share after the class.
Introduce the Company's product application: cook, take photos/videos of cooking process and use product applications, write posts to share on internal platforms and Facebook groups.
3. Administer the Corporate website
Update website information including collecting data, writing and editing articles to post on corporate website as planned.
Operate the website administration system.
4. Production of corporate communication materials
Participate in ideas and implement new production, update new communication materials about the Company and products such as Corporate film, brochure, flyer, poster, banner, etc.
Perform paperwork related such as making requests, making payments, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Have Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communication, PR, Marketing, Economics, Foreign Language, Human Resources or related majors.
Be proficient in English (4 skills) and Microsoft Office, Canva, Illustrator/ Photoshop.
Have professional knowledge in communication, social media and journalism.
Be creative, dynamic, enthusiastic, friendly, with aesthetic sense.
