- Age of 30-40 years old.- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. - Minimum of 5 year experience in Surface Mount Technology (S.M.T essembly process)experience (Surt essembly proass)- Strong understanding of SMT equipments including pick and place machines, reflow ovens & solder paste inspection Systems - Proficiency in quality managment methodologies such as six Sigma or lean manufacturing.- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. - Exellent problem solving and decision making abilities- Effective Communication skills both verbal & written - Knowlerte of industry standards and regulations related to SMT process.- Ability to handle high pressure situation. - Proficient in office computer skills and ERP Systems. (Enterprise Resource Planing)- Apply quality management skills to address issues in production.
