THE SITUATION:

The Delivery Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the revenue of our delivery business in Vietnam and achieving sustainable growth. This position requires a strong background in marketing and project management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, flexibility, and a passion for fostering a thriving organizational culture.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The primary mission of this position is to drive growth within the delivery business in Vietnam. Key focus areas include marketing, location strategy, and delivery area strategy. Additionally, the Delivery Growth Manager will be responsible for:

Building and developing a high-performing team from scratch.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, departments, and external partners to drive business objectives.
Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to tackle challenges beyond the core focus areas.
Report directly to Delivery Director

WHO YOU ARE

Have empathy for our brand vision and mission
Culture fit with 4P's core values
Strong background in marketing, with experience in Retail, QSR, Dining, Online Delivery platforms, or F&B industry.
Proven project management experience in marketing and promotion, both offline and online.
Experience in vendor control and negotiation.
Fluent in business-level English and native Vietnamese speaker.
Previous experience in people management.
Work experience in startup environments or small companies with less than 50 employees.
Flexibility to adapt to change.
Strong leadership skills.
Sense of accountability for driving results.
Passion for People, Food, Pizza, and Culture (4P's).
Business development experience is a plus.
Previous experience in dining or delivery operations.
Familiarity with HR or finance functions.
Interest in building and shaping an organization, team, and culture from the ground up.
