- Identify and approach potential clients who need Amazon product listings, store optimization, or full-service account management

- The team works closely with other ShopBase teams, such as Customer Service and ScalOps, to ensure that the storefront is stable and well-supported

- Support customer service operations at the counter, including guiding customers through basic banking procedures, issuing queue numbers, and answering simple inquiries
- Coordinate with Tellers and Relationship Managers (RMs) by checking application completeness, updating customer information, and following up on simple requests

- Client Consultation & Support: Communicate with B2B/B2C clients to understand their needs, provide detailed destination and service information, assist with inquiries, and ensure excellent customer care throughout the trip
