Job Details
Position: Accountant cum GAHR
Job Code: 66624
Responsibility
◆ ACCOUNTANT:
• Reconcile daily bank transaction, daily transaction external/internal in sub ledger & General ledger
• Reconcile the balance between sub ledger& general ledger, closing balance of external & internal of sub ledger & General ledger
• Run and reconcile monthly depreciation/ allocation cost / provision cost as Group policy.
• Payment process (prepare activity request, collect all relating doc. to prepare papers for payment...)
• To monitor payment schedule to vendors, and reconcile the pending of staff's advance/deposit
vendors.
• To prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual accounting reports
• To prepare and print out remittance request and get approval before transferring 8. Guidelines and update the new change of tax to team members and other concerning stakeholder
• Preparing simple PL
• Data compilation for operational analysis (field force/marketing related activities) to improve operational productivity.
• Other tasks are required

◆ GENERAL AFFAIRS
• Support foreigners with documents for Visa, work permit, residence card application;
• Work with suppliers: Office, Car rental, stationery, taxi, sim, name card, water...
• Support to book hotels for business trip to Vietnam....
• Prepare data and document for internal & external audits
• Support project's tasks such as: health check, company trip and other administration tasks
required...;
• As needed basis, other tasks to assist different departments might be added

Requirements
* Gender: Female
* Age: under 40
* Bachelor in Accounting, Banking or Finance
* Language: Fluent in English
* Have experience in working in Japanese companies is preferred
* Having 4-5 years of experience in Accounting field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Carefulness in document
- Detailed and well-organized person
- Strong classification and storing skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Computer skills: excellent in Word, Excel, PPT
- CPA certificate is not required
Prefer requiremen
- Having CPA certificate
Other
- Good health.
- Be able to work for a long time with company.
- High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm in work
