ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Line Manager & Account team in livestream operation
Operation: location set up, cross-live, deal pinning when live streaming, host arrival, follow up calendar, promotion scheme/deal.
Planning: work with Social/Community team for calendar planning/adjustments and report
Host/KOL booking: work with social team in booking/ picking suitable host/influencers for livestream session. Stay connected with host for updating real time scheme/deal from clients during livestream session
Work collaboratively with other teams, following assignments & coaching from Line Manager including:
- Internal team: Creative, Social & Community team
- Internal company in YouNet Group: Buzzmetrics, YouNet Media, Mango Digital
- Vendors: PR agency, KOL agency, Production House, others...
Prepare & follow Gift management & paperwork (including: contracts, payments, internal paperwork,...)
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Report to: Senior Account Executive
Promotion to: Account Trainee/ Executive
REQUIREMENTS
Full-time Intern - Duration: 6 months
Experience internship 3 months at marketing agency or related field is a plus.
Senior or fresh graduated students in major: Advertising, Media, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
Have passion and desire to develop in Digital Agency
Good communication, hard-working, creative, open-minded, highly responsible, ability to work under pressure
Good attitude and willing to learn new things
Prefer candidates with good English skills

Allowance: 3.000.000 VND/month GROSS (Tentatively upgrade to Account Trainee after 6 months based on performance)
