Job Description
* Involve directly in the company's project
* Participate in meetings (brief, brainstorm, regroup, project discussion, presentations...): contribute ideas, record meeting minutes
* Assist in meeting organization: calendar booking, arrange meeting room,...
* Support to prepare paperwork (including contracts, internal paperwork,...)

Job Requirements
* Senior student, majoring in Marketing, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications
* Full-time working basis, and must be able to work at the office
* English fluency (speaking & writing)
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
