Account development
Activity planning and follow-up
Strategy/action implementation for the territory/industry or types of dedicated customers in charge
Follow-up of inquiries and actions, support payment collection
Proficiency of processes including SAP + SFDC to make maximum use of the same
Manage own territory with regular face-to-face and phone contact with all clients
Strong understanding of market and the territory
Identify new opportunities, projects and customers
Active support in project acquisition.
Execution of seminars for customers
Support of Internal Sales Engineer (ISE) in daily business
Support internally in order related matters e.g. technical, commercial and logistic related topics
Maximize cross selling factor per account
Deliver Sales Orders in line with budgeted levels, manage an existing pipeline of projects and orders
Produce a sales report of activity and sales forecast.
Strong awareness of competitors and of competitive advantage
Conversant with the products, solutions and services. Has technical understanding - features and benefits for customers.
