Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients;
- Understand clients' needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions and services;
- Oversee project execution to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Targeted markets: Asia (but not limited to);
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion with the BD team;
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with assigned sales KPIs and target markets;
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop proposals and present solutions to clients;
- Participate in proposal discussions, contract negotiations, deal closures, and client follow-ups throughout project execution and post-sales;
- Leverage existing client base to uncover additional business opportunities;
- Achieve quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Customer Support & Engagement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Provide technical support when necessary;
- Organize marketing activities and client engagement events to strengthen customer relationships.
Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination
- Provide periodic reports to the Line Manager and BoD;
- Work closely with relevant departments to continuously improve both short-term and long-term business performance.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager and BoD.
1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT outsourcing or tech product sales for global markets;
Experienced in all customer acquisition platforms including LinkedIn tools, Email Marketing, Global Hiring, Industrial forums, CRM,..;
Fluent spoken and written English;
Experienced in developing business proposals and client presentations; proficient in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Email,...);
Strong negotiation skills with clear communication and problem-solving abilities;
Familiarity with IT concepts, including software technologies, Cloud systems, AI, and Data;
Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as networking platforms, forums, social media, CRM systems, and digital/email marketing tools;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields;
Able to travel for work when required.
