Job Overview:
As an Account Manager at Saigon Digital, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing relationships and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction. Your primary focus will be to maintain and grow retained client accounts, ensuring they are always informed, their needs are met, and their potential for growth with us is maximised. You'll be expected to communicate proactively, deliver monthly reports, ensure billable hours are fully utilised, and continually upsell new ideas and services. You will act as a bridge between the client and internal teams, facilitating smooth cross-departmental collaboration and ensuring project accountability.
In this role, you'll manage existing relationships and forge new partnerships with other agencies, partners, and clients, expanding Saigon Digital's network and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for retained clients, ensuring consistent and proactive communication.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, goals, and challenges to align our services to their needs.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, transparency, and attention to detail.
Organise and conduct regular client meetings, including quarterly reviews and monthly reports, showcasing performance and recommending optimisations.
Upselling and Client Growth:
Proactively identify and present upselling opportunities, including additional services or expanded projects that would benefit the client.
Collaborate with the sales team to craft proposals and pitches that align with client needs and objectives.
Ensure billable hours are fully utilised for each account, identifying new areas where additional hours or services can be deployed.
Reporting and Accountability:
Deliver clear, concise, and actionable monthly reports for clients, outlining key metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.
Track and manage client hours, ensuring all work is efficiently billed and recorded.
Hold internal teams accountable for delivering on project timelines, expectations, and quality.
Manage client escalations and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with design, development, marketing, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
Address any bottlenecks or miscommunication between departments to ensure client work is delivered on time and exceeds expectations.
Partnership and Network Building:
To expand Saigon Digital's service offerings, build and nurture partnerships with other agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
Explore opportunities for collaboration and co-marketing with other clients and partners.
Participate in industry networking events and conferences to represent Saigon Digital and identify new opportunities.
