SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing and growing our relationships with key clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of
digital marketing to provide strategic guidance, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the seamless execution of complex campaigns. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients and a leader within our account management team.
JD:
Lead the management of a portfolio of high-value client accounts, driving revenue growth and exceeding client satisfaction targets
Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Proactively identify and address client issues or concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., strategy, creative, media buying) to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
Present campaign proposals, reports, and performance updates to clients.
Oversee the execution of complex campaigns, ensuring seamless project management and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Mentor and guide account team members, fostering their professional development
Contribute to the development of best practices and processes within the account management team.
Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in account management or client services, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies (e.g., social media marketing, display advertising, production).
Leadership skills and experience in mentoring or guiding team members.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong command and proficiency in English are preferable.
