The Accounting & HR Clerk is responsible for accounting administrative duties, accounts payable, general cashiering and other duties as assigned that support the hotel controller. This position supports the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting & HR Departments. Furthermore, this role will assist colleagues while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Responsibilities will include special projects, coordination of colleague events, administrative responsibilities and assisting with general concerns/ issues. Additionally, this person will support and assist with the welcoming of new hires, maintaining files and providing support for the employment process.
