Performance

Book keeping & accounting matters
AR collection
Business transactional controlling (Excluding AR control)
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Tax & Audit
System & new initiatives
Tax finalization 2010-2018

Customer satisfaction

Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested

Operation excellence

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Supports to other team/ staff to achieve target, arrange work, ...

Human resource management

Coaching/ training staff's work as trainer

Job Reqirement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA/CIMA/ACCA is a plus.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Knowledge of financial reporting
Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation
Proficiency in relevant accounting software

Experience

Strong technical accounting background.
At least five years general ledger accounting experience is required
Strong Excel and database skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
