Mô tả công việc
- Assists the Manager in the development, supervision, and execution of policies, initiatives, and protocols concerning the management of staff, compensation and payroll, employee well-being and perks, disciplinary procedures, recognition programs, recruitment, and the enhancement of in-house talent following Vietnamese law and corporate culture, business objectives.
- Assist the Manager in collaborating with BOD and other departments setting up corporate organizational structure and details of job requirements, working policies and procedures, organizational hierarchy and bylaws, roles, and duties of levels, laboring - waging capitulation.
- Supervise and enforce regulations concerning staff members: social security, medical insurance, jobless benefits, uniforms, workplace safety, medical check-ups, risk compensation, and time off.
- Set up management system of employees' labor policies and protocols; research and propose solutions for assurance and development of labor policies and protocols according to corporate business condition and Vietnamese law, including but not limited to: social security, medical insurance, jobless benefits, annual leave, uniforms, workplace safety, medical check-ups, risk compensation, etc.
- Depending on corporate and department training requirements & demands, develop, plan (training program, expenses) and implement training to the targeting employees. Additionally, evaluate training quality (trainers and trainees) after training accomplishment to ensure the achievement of training objectives and qualifying corporate business operating requirements.
- Assist the Manager in selecting and developing internal trainers/instructors (specialization and concurrent) adapting to working required competencies and corporate busiess condition.
- Assist the Manager in establish and operate administrative documentation system (movement, storage, searcharable), ensure the transparency, confidentality, and trasferability of corporate documents, following internal and legal procedures, regulations.
- Assist and collaborate with the Manager to plan and implement orientations, objectives related to operating system, facilities, equipment, expenses used for corporate human resources management and development, administration system, and training activities.
- Assist the Manager or host (once authorized by the Manager) meeting to deploy or resolve issues related to corporate labor policies, protocols, human resources management and development, administration system, and training activities
- Other authorized/assigned tasks by the Manager.

Yêu cầu
- University bachelor's degree in management or equivalent. Master degree is preferred.
- Professional training in ground handling, ISO, ISAGO, and human resources management, employee's policies and regulations
- English: Proficiency in spoken and written English, Bachelor in English major or TOEIC score ≥ 600 or equivalent certificates (TOEFL/iBT ≥ 60, IELTS ≥ 5.5).
- At least 05 years working in aviation industry. At least 03 years working in human resource management or training or administration areas.
- Experience in resolving matters related to labor regulation, policies, management, administrative monitoring, human resources development and training implementation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, able to work in team or independently and situational reaction skills.
