Admissions Officer

1. Admissions Consulting & Customer Care
- Act as the first point of contact for all admissions-related inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, online platforms).
- Provide personalized consultation to families regarding curriculum offerings (e.g., IB, IPC, Cambridge), learning environment, tuition, extracurricular activities, and school values.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective parents by understanding their expectations and addressing their concerns with clarity and care.
- Coordinate school tours, trial classes, and information sessions for families.
2. Conversion & Enrollment
- Maintain follow-up communication with prospects to ensure a smooth admissions process and encourage enrollment decision.
- Guide families through all stages of the application process, including form submissions, assessments/interviews, and fee payment.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and data entry into CRM or admissions systems.
3. Reporting & Data Management
- Track inquiries, conversions, and reasons for non-enrollment using CRM.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the admissions experience based on parent feedback.
4. Marketing & Outreach Support
- Support Open Days, Info Sessions, and other marketing events aimed at attracting international and local families.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to share feedback from parents and improve promotional content or campaigns.
- Assist with building strategic relationships with relocation agents, embassies, expat communities, and education fairs.
