ZaloPay is seeking multi-skilled and highly capable candidates to be as Agile Project Manager. You will be responsible for upholding the values of Scrum, ensuring that quality software is delivered by the team according to specifications and correct procedures are followed in line with technical and business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Create and manage release plan for multiple engineering teams. Ensure it is integrated to the wider portfolio end-to-end release plan;
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and continuous improvement actions for Scrum teams under your working areas
• Provide status reports regarding milestone, deliverables, RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issues, Dependencies), and communizing across state holders;
• Coach the team toward being self-organized for Agile/Scrum Ceremonies, but still be facilitators when required.
• Accountable for the quality of Agile/Scrum ceremonies;
• Remove barriers between Scrum team and stakeholder and inside Scrum Team.
• Manage the team capacity and advise backlog priorities, roadmap, timelines to Product Owner and other Business Stakeholders.
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with wide range of stakeholders (Product Owner, Business Owners, Technical Heads)
• Communicated effectively across all levels of the organization.

A potential candidate should possess

• At least 5 years of experience of Project Management in Agile Organization;
• Experienced in SDLC methodologies Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall;
• Proven ability to manage and delivery complex technology projects involve multiple Scrum Teams.
• Experience with large scale Agile adoption
• Strong stakeholders management experience-raise and resolve blockers for Scrum Teams
• Proficiency in project management tools;
• Have experience using Jira;
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management;
• Excellent ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others;
• Open minded & resilient;
• Strong in both Vietnamese and English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Fun and trustable with entrepreneur mindset;
• Working experience in Fintech is a plus;
• Project management qualification (PMP) or Scrum certificate CSM, PSM2 is a plus;
• Have experience manage project develop software production is plus.
