Mô tả công việc

Operate and monitor application systems such as Core Banking, Core Card, and other systems such as IBM ESB, ECM, etc.
Support receiving and implementing changes to the UAT environment
Support BU during UAT testing
Handle incidents and problems during the BU process to perform UAT.
Collect logs and coordinate with the DEV/Vendor team to handle complex incidents
Participate in building and updating operational documents

Yêu cầu

1. Experience:
University graduate majoring in IT or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in operating application systems
Preferably with experience working in a financial/banking environment
2. Language: Vietnamese, English (basic)
3. Skill:
Basic knowledge of Linux OS and Shell scripting
Understanding of application servers (Websphere, Tomcat)
Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle, MySQL database systems
Troubleshooting and log analysis skills
English to read and understand technical documents
Good teamwork and communication skills
