Mô tả công việc

· Work with the team to produce architectural drawings (architectural documentation) at all design stages (plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules) primarily in REVIT
· Maintain high quality of drawings to international standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

· Software requirement: proficiency in using revit;
· Technical requirement:
Ø Good knowledge of design process, architectural documentation and general construction standards;
Ø Ability to prepare architectural documentation to international standards;
Ø Good knowledge in 3D modelling, drawings documenting and general construction standards;
· Other requirement:
Ø Excellent communication skills;
Ø English reading and writing comprehension;
Ø Well-developed time management and organizational skills;
Ø Efficiently working with a team but also able to work independently and know when to reach out for guidance and support;
Ø Self-directed, able to work independently and know when to reach out for guidance and support;
Ø Positive attitude, passion and patience.
· Qualification:
Ø A degree or diploma from a recognized architecture/ drafting program.
