Area Sales Manager

• Third party and Financial management: Conduct third party cost analysis and feasibility studies; manage area budget; manage non cash and credit policy and coordinate weekly third party's warehouse operational meetings
• Account development and Merchandising: Conduct business reviews; Implement & execute marketing plans/activities; manage delivery to third party's warehouses; and manage implementation of total beverage solution
• Asset and routines management : manage the company's assets in the area; and conduct daily, weekly, monthly review meetings with sales team in the area
• People Management: manage staff performance; recruit and select staff; maintain staff discipline and develop staff

• University graduate; At least 5 years sales experience in similar positions in FMCG companies
• Referred in Female.
• Financial, Sales & Marketing Knowledge
• Good Interpersonal, Leadership, Conflict Management Skills; Analytical Ability, time management, planning, Organizing, Controlling and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently under high pressure
