Responsibilities
1. Receivables Allocation
Assign new receivables from master list based on investment criteria
Reconcile capital needs with receivable allocation
Monitor asset quality among receivables
2. Treasury Management
Conduct reconciliations for each of Aspire's capital sources
Closely monitor repayments and new capital inflows and prepare daily reports
Precisely track cash movements across all accounts
3. Returns Monitoring and Reporting
Calculate and monitor returns generated by the company's portfolio of receivables
Identify and solve any inconsistencies in the calculation of returns
Create internal and external reporting explaining returns generated
Requirements
Fresh graduated related to Finance, Business major (have experience is a plus)
1,2 years of work experience preferably in funds management, big 4 or other financial institution
Excellent spreadsheet and financial modelling skills
Superb attention to detail and ability to limit errors
Ability to work independently when necessary as well as a collaborative attitude to function as a member of a team
Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing startup environment
English fluency is required, other languages are a plus
Knowledge of SQL a strong plus
Multiple locations available (Singapore, HCMC), also consider candidates working remotely
