Manages bidding and procurement of noncommercial goods for new store openings, renovation projects and existing stores (replacement, warranty ETC)
Negotiates prices/conditions with suppliers
Overseas & assists in after sales support, maintenance or related matters
Coordinates & communicates timelines, lead times to meet requirements and project targets
Strong negotiating skills, quick analytical thinking, attention to detail
Good knowledge of retail (supermarket/hypermarket) assets & equipment, include storage & office
Familiar with supply chain and project management tasks
Experience:
Strong
purchasing/procurement background (at least 3 years experience in similar field)
Experienced with accounting procedures & office data processing such as filing/archiving
Experience in fresh & ready to eat food BIO FRIENDLY PACKAGING
Additional Advantages:
Background in retail, store/brand expansion or accounting and financial
Knowledge in M&E, construction, and related software like AutoCAD
Language: Fluent in English (verbal & written)
Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ETC.)
