Our client is a logistics foreign-invested company, now looking for a Assistant Customer Service Manager (Paper,$1200, ID19449)
Supervise daily Customer Service operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service quality.
Lead and support the CS team to achieve KPIs and maintain on-time, in-full service to internal and external customers.
Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Represent or support the SSC Manager in meetings and during absences.
Participate in required training sessions and continuous improvement activities.
Yêu cầu
Gender: Female, Age: Under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a paper manufacturing environment.
Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
