Assistant Developer

1) Facilitate all factory development issues with K-Swiss and factories regarding the timely and effective development of product, and all samples.
2) Develop products to a specific target FOB by effectively offering improved product construction, processes or different materials/components up front.
3) Ensure that all development timelines are tracking on time by identifying any development issues and offering options for resolving problems.
a. Update development administrator with information for weekly sample tracking reports
b. Communicate with region detailing any sample delays and provide revised ETC's.
c. Creation and updating all specs. Must sign off on all swatch book materials prior to sample making.
d. Oversee all sales samples being produced and check prior to shipment.
e. Follow up on material ordering schedule and sample schedule.
f. Sign off on all swatch book materials prior to sample making.
4) Communication with regions for shipping instruction and update weekly tracking report.
5) Ensure all models are developed on time to meet commercialization and production delivery.
6) Ensure all samples are delivered on time with the company standards.
7) Tracking and Communicate on time with region to provide revised ETC's
