Assistant Sales Manager

Provide clear business vision and strategies for B2B channel including product, pricing, Route to market, organization etc.
Meet annual sales goals and budget assigned.
Develop business plans / proposals to ensure achievement of set targets.
Account management activities to ensure distributors meet set sales & distribution targets
Build and manage relationships with key distributors and customer accounts.
Provide demand forecasts for products on a monthly basis. Responsible for forecast accuracy and process diligence in the product range.
To gather market & competitors' trends / data.
New Product Development: To propose ideas to develop new specifications, packaging materials and timeline follow up.
To monitor payment and credit limits to ensure payment received on times and zero bad debt
To submit the daily/ weekly / Monthly report to company (information of stock / distribution points and sales report ... as company template )
Customer Complaints: To coordinate / communicate with company on all customer complaints.
