Mô tả công việc
- Provide prompt supervision to ensure quality and timely completion. Supervise the construction of civil, foundation and buildings work.
- Supervise the construction of works to ensure that it is complying with construction specifications, procedures and design requirements and standards.
- Be responsible for site scheduling, coordination, and execution.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Be responsible to report progress for the work scope.
- Highlight issues affecting time, cost and quality of the construction works.
- Be responsible for coordinating design issue with consultants and contractors to ensure timely execution of the works on site.
- Follow and implement the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and the Environment, Health, and Safety Management System of the Company.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction Management from a recognized university.
- Have at least 5 year site experience in the similar position in high rise building.
- Have Certificates in site supervision, project management is priority
- Strong experiences in finishing works
- Willing work weekend and shifts works
- Must be able to communicate and write in English fluently.
- Possess positive attitude such as willing to learn, honest, dynamic and good working behavior.
- Highly organized and detail-orientated.
- Abilities to work in demanding and multi-tasking environments.
