Mô tả công việc
I. JOB PURPOSES:
He or she will be responsible for assisting the Senior HRBP Manager in overseeing the recruitment life-cycle activities and actively promoting the company as an employer of choice. This role also involves championing all training activities within the company and leading special projects as assigned by the line manager/ HR Director.
II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Understand departments' personnel requirements and pro-actively provide recruitment services for diverse positions.
- Manage the company's end-to-end recruitment process with high service level.
- Recruiting and selection: generate a pool of potential and capable candidates for the organization's current and future recruitment needs.
- Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans (job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, job fairs, etc.).
- Develop strong recruitment networks, create talent mapping, and cultivate sources to enhance the recruitment database and establish a talent pipeline for the company.
2. Employer Branding
- Initiate and play a key role in employer branding to promote Beiersdorf, both internal and external with O2O communication.
- Lead and collaborate with departments, vendors, and functions to guarantee the timely initiation and completion of all activities and initiatives related to employee branding.
- Coordinate corporate digital communication with a focus on social media management, which encompasses concept development, implementation, and monitoring.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks/ projects as needed.
3. Training & Development
- Assist the line manager in conducting the Training Need Analysis based on business needs and learning needs.
- Based on the TNA results, implement the training curriculum and annual training plan.
- Utilize and apply online learning programs and resources to meet training needs.
- Coordinate in developing an in-house trainer/facilitator pool to deliver in-house programs and activities.
- Periodically review and update the onboarding program for non-mass positions to enhance effective new hire orientation.
- Proactively work with HRBP to provide an updated version of onboarding materials to ensure the effectiveness of onboarding programs.
- Explore the training providers for scheduled training courses with the most effective cost and competency management.
- Be the coordinator for all training courses regarding contracts, logistics, and participants.
