Mô tả công việc

Executive support- schedule meetings, travelling and CEO's calendar management, translation, meeting notes.
Communication management: Follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely delivery of tasks, proofread correspondence emails, prepare presentation, customers' support and management.
Supports: support other members (marketing/ academic team) to organize events, workshops, and meetings
Other responsibilities assigned by CEO

Yêu cầu

Experience working as a project assistant, Operation in educational centers
Bachelor of Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
Ability to write and communicate effectively in Korean and English
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Customer service mindset and excellent teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and recruitment management tools
