  • Manage schedule and resource in the team
  • Play the role of technical leader to lead several projects in parallel.
  • Manage whole physical design flow
  • Communicate with customers and others team for technical related issue and input/ output requirement.
  • Train and coach engineers in the team.

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Telecoms/ Electronics or other relevant majors
  • Solid understanding about physical design technique: floor planning, P&R, timing optimization, physical verification.
  • Solid knowledge in using EDA tool (ex: Synopsys, Cadence Physical Design/Verification tools)
  • 5+ years' design experience in semiconductor, and at least 4 years' experience in physical design
  • At least 1 year experience in project management
  • Knowledge and skill of logical synthesis or timing analysis is the advantage.
  • Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good team working skill and good relationship with the others
  • Long-term working commitment
