1.Actively seek out new business prospects and grow the client portfolio to achieve ambitious sales goals.
2.Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
3.Work closely with our USA/ JAPAN counterparts to align with market demands and improve strategic planning.
4.Compile sales data and support with various administrative and project-based tasks as needed.
5.Other work assigned.
Yêu cầu
1.Experience: more than 2 years, preferably within the outbound travel, event executive,... (experience in a outbound DMC or outbound travel agency is a strong plus).
2.Proficiency in English, especially speaking skill.
3.Bachelor's degree, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
4.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to effectively pitch and develop new business opportunities.
5.Previous experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
6.Professional and friendly manners in E-mail writing, phone calling, and in-person interactions.
7.Competent in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
8.Time-management, problem-solving skill
9.Teamworking, positive & target-navigating mindset.
