Mô tả công việc
The Business Developer (BD) is a leadership role part of the Hilti SEA Offshore community, as a BD you will be focusing on Key Accounts (Owners, EPCs and Contractors) in Vietnam which are key for the Offshore business within Hilti. You will own a tailored customer strategy and lead its execution to increase adoption of Hilti / Oglaend solutions to increase sales from the accounts based on commercial relationships and help drive technical specifications. Where applicable you will also coordinate a worldwide team associated with these account(s) and directly report to a Head of Offshore based in Singapore and local Area Sales Manager.
The Offshore business in Hilti includes customers and projects in Offshore Oil &Gas (fixed platforms, floating assets & modular construction), Shipbuilding and Offshore Wind Farms. The BD based in Ho Chi Minh will work mostly on Oil & Gas, FPSO E-houses, and Offshore wind opportunities. This business development role is also taking care Sales role for Offshore segment.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Communication skills: Creation of trust through active listening, influencing with leadership and negotiation skills.
• O&G and/or Offshore Wind Power related project experience is preferred
• Basic technical understanding of power generation infrastructure and Civil/Energy construction preferred
• Min. 5 years experience in Technical Sales / Business Development or EPC/Developer/Wind Power OEM experience required
• Long-Term Strategic Thinking: Capable of explaining targets & strategy to customers, peers, and management.
• Able to influence internal and external stakeholders while understanding external stakeholders' pain points and trends to adjust whenever needed.
• Self-driven and working autonomously.
• Senior relationship management: Capable and confident while speaking to senior and C-level customers.
• Project management capabilities: Manage complex sales and business development projects across multiple geographies, functions, and customers.
• Networking (internal and external) with confidence while working within a matrix.
