[Blueseed Group] Design Manager

Scope of work:
40% - Planning & Art Direction
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Creative team to develop unique design ideas for pitching projects and communication campaigns.
Propose and develop art concepts, key visuals, art direction, and new creative solutions aligned with strategic proposals.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments (Planning, Content, Account) to ensure the design ideas are consistent and aligned throughout the planning phase.
Present creative outputs and proposals directly to clients.
40% - Team Development & Quality Control
Manage a design team (5+ members): allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Review, guide, and support the team to enhance the quality and creativity of the work.
Plan and conduct training, skill development, and career orientation for each team member in line with the company's HR strategy.
Proactively coordinate with other departments of Blueseed Media throughout both planning and execution phases to manage workload effectively.
20% - Design Execution
Directly execute design tasks during project implementation as assigned by the Board of Directors or direct managers.
Ensure the final deliverables meet aesthetic requirements and client timelines.
Required skills and experience:
Minimum 5 years of design experience, including at least 2 years in team management. Candidates with agency experience are preferred.
Strong aesthetic sense with knowledge of art direction, design trends, 2D/3D, motion, photography, and image production.
Proficient in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Figma; and capable of leveraging AI tools to support design.
Leadership skills in task delegation, quality control, and team development.
Strong communication and presentation skills-clear, logical, and inspiring.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, work in teams, and handle deadline pressure.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and growth-driven.
English communication and presentation skills are a plus.
