Education/ Training Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Experience
4 plus years of marketing experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant, food and beverage or related businesses
Experience across brand marketing, product marketing, store marketing, digital marketing, advertising & promotions, public relations, social media, loyalty programs, events
History or working on strong brands and with positive business results
Knowledge of:
Communication planning, budgeting, creative development & execution
Creative, media, social, digital agency management
Customer Segmentation, Acquisition and Growth
Consumer Insights & Data Analytics
Competitor Analysis, Market Tracking
Product Marketing, Product Development, Store Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Packaging Design, Retail Design
Skills (Ability to):
Critical thinking, decision making skills
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Ability to build trust and influence broad range of stakeholders - internal, external
Strong Vietnamese & English language skills
Results focused - ability to deliver in high pressure environment
Agile and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Working hours: as per business needs. Typically 8am-5pm Mon-Friday.
