Education/ Training Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Masters preferred
Experience
8 plus years of increasingly senior marketing experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant, food and beverage or related businesses
Experience across consumer insights, product marketing, product development, store marketing, digital marketing, social media, creative development, advertising & promotions, PR, events
Proven track record of building strong product brands and driving business results
Strong marketing strategist with the ability to translate ideas into successful implementation plans, while building and leading competent teams
Knowledge of:
Profit & Loss Statements
Planning, Budgeting, Marketing ROI Analysis
Category Management, Portfolio Management
Product Brand Management
Pricing Management
Product Development, Insight Generation, Concept Development
USP & Communications Development

Working hours: as per business needs. Typically 8am-5pm Mon-Friday.
