Prepare and keep track of all payments for team activities, including influencer booking, PR, and other vendors for various markets.
Prepare requested materials and support regular research, reports, team events, and meetings.
Follow the stock of brand items and other team stationery.
Assist in some of the Brand MKT team's daily campaigns and activities, such as:
Research and follow-up on KOL campaigns
Create always-on social content
Do seeding through various social media platforms
Support other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related fields
Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities, especially paperwork
Have strong sense of "being extremely careful" and have detail-oriented and organizational skills
Competent at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and team working skills
Hard-working and proactive with a willing-to-learn and willing-to-do mindset
Good English communication (both speaking and writing)
Be able to commit at least 32 hours of work per week, including weekends
