Business Analyst

• Documenting best practices, business processes, requirements, technical documentation, system guides and release notes
  Participating in the design of system and application architectures
• Translating business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements to include business processes, workflow diagrams, use cases along with requirements of user experience, system access, security, mobility, data integration, UI integration, data entry and reporting.
• Providing support in testing activities, reviewing test cases and test results, organizing reviews, tracking feedback, and facilitating UAT when needed
• Reviews and analyzes existing applications effectiveness and efficiency and develops strategies for improving or leveraging these systems applications. Think of ways that software can be applied to make the business more efficient and successful.
• Analyzes the structure and flow of the business' work to identify possible application solutions
• Creates, develops and oversees protocols and procedures for any new software that is introduced to the organization then provide training to users.
• Review and recommend on how to improve Day-end and Month-end process with better IT Governance and Control.
• Develop and automate report/ dashboard to monitor performance specified by management board, propose appropriate business key metrics at different developmental stages.
• Perform recurring audits to ensure data quality & consistency
• Answer business-related questions through exploratory data analyses and ad-hoc analysis that helps drive engagement, retention and monetization.
• Extract and aggregate data from internal and external systems.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of the data extraction

• Good at internal communication and resource integration, with good expression skills.
• Possess good data analysis skills
• 1+ years' experience working in similar roles
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau_Ability to self-serve, investigate, get the required data & expertise in data visualization/presentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to create partnerships both inside and outside of Data Team
• Superior ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
• Highly developed technical capabilities and understanding of the systems landscape and intended architecture including potential impacts on the business and solution design implications
• Experienced in working with various aspects of technology solutions (e.g., user interfaces, mobility, API, databases, system integration) and dealing with technology specialists
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to technical and non-technical audiences at any level
• Ability to effectively manage changing scope through Agile delivery.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
