Job Title: Business Assistant cum Japanese Interpreter.

Key relationships
- Internal: Sales team, IT division, Management support division
- External: Bank, Card org, Retailer, franchise merchant, payment solution provider, and e-Wallet service provider
GOALS
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant cum Interpreter to support our team and facilitate effective communication across languages. The ideal candidate will provide support to superiors, assist in diverse tasks, manage schedules, handle administrative duties, and provide interpretation services during meetings. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, including business-level proficiency in Japanese.
1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support to superiors, undertaking a wide range of tasks
• Schedule management, including interpretation for meetings and appointments
• Efficient handling of phone calls, emails, and documentations
• Creation of documents, reports, and presentation materials
• Support in project coordination and inter-team communication
• Research and data gathering as required
• Travel arrangement and itinerary management
• Office management tasks and procurement of supplies
• Budget management and expense reporting
• Facilitation of smooth communication internally and externally
• Assist other employees in all daily tasks;
• Prepare sales documents such as proposal, reports, etc.
• Other task assigned by Line-managers.
• Translation and interpretation of materials and documentations.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience:
• Experience in administrative or assistant roles
• At least 2 years of experience as Japanese Interpreter/ Translator
• Experience in working in Japanese
• Experience in drafting important documents such as contracts is desirable.
• Experience in creating meeting minutes (English, Japanese) is desirable
Professional Skills/ Competency:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business-level proficiency in Japanese
• Strong working knowledge of MS office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work under high pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Highly responsible, trustworthy, and excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, and multitasking abilities
• Good organization, planning and time management skills
• Proven track record as a Business Assistant or equivalent role
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Working place:
Unit 4301-08, Fl 43, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower, Pham Hung street, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi city, Viet Nam.
Working hour:
9:00AM - 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience:
• Experience in administrative or assistant roles
• At least 2 years of experience as Japanese Interpreter/ Translator
• Experience in working in Japanese
• Experience in drafting important documents such as contracts is desirable.
