What we offer:-
⦁ Review & analysis business results: Actual performance vs Prior year, Planning, Forecast
⦁ Tracking operational execution in line with objectives/strategies defined by SBU (Strategic Business Unit) Heads
⦁ Communicate financial performance, highlight gap/ opportunities vs Planning/ Forecast
⦁ Drive last best estimate (LBE) and forecast (RFC) process and monitor accuracy of RFC. Closely support the regional controlling team in setting up the Planning
⦁ Support of management in decision making process such as costs reduction initiatives, go to market strategy, business expansion & business investments plans
⦁ Drive Review of Corporate Standards on a quarterly basis ensuring the monitoring of business line profitability (by customer/by product/ by segment)
⦁ Develop pricing recommendation
⦁ Set up business cases to support management decision making/ analyze the financial impact
⦁ Work with business/functional divisions to drive optimum Cash Net Working Capital.
⦁ Other tasks assigned by Head of Finance and Compliance

Yêu cầu
What we are looking for:-
⦁ BA or MA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems Management, International Business, or related fields.
⦁ Demonstrated understanding of general business processes
⦁ Showing extensive controlling experience (at least 5 years)
⦁ Demonstrating management and leadership skills
⦁ Strong problem-solving capability, convincing and influencing skills
⦁ Passion for innovation
⦁ Teamwork, well-organized and able to work independently in a matrix organization
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP a plus
