DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: Business Development team is responsible for developing business opportunities across all Savills business lines.
MULTIPLE TASKS INCLUDE:
Identify and approach new projects, potential clients, and developers to provide recommendations, by Department and to the Board of Directors.
Present and promote Savills services to potential clients/ developers.
INTERNS' DUTIES:
Update Business development database.
Search new sites and projects via internet and site tours.
Set up meetings and prepare materials for department organized events.
Support proposal and contract preparations as required.
Do other admin task when required.

Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Marketing/ Business/ Economics/ Finance/ Commerce/ Hospitality/ Foreign Languages/ or other related fields.
Organized, confident, sociable, and driven.
Interested and keen to know more about real estate.
Proficient in English.
Available for 4-month fulltime internship
