We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support our global expansion in IT Outsourcing, with a particular focus on the Australian market and other English-speaking regions.
This position is ideal for proactive, business-oriented students or recent graduates who wish to gain practical experience in international business development and IT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis on target regions (Australia and other English-speaking countries).
Support in building proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Assist with lead generation, client communication, and partnership development.
Prepare reports and track performance metrics using Excel and PowerPoint.
Coordinate with internal teams to align business opportunities with delivery capacity.
Strong interest in international business and IT outsourcing.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) - equivalent to IELTS 7.0+.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Currently studying or recently graduated in International Business, Economics, or related majors (e.g., RMIT, UEH, FTU) with GPA ≥ 7.5/10.
Proactive, confident, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and presentation will be considered a plus.
Internship allowance: 3,000,000 - 5,000,000 VND/month.
