Mô tả công việc
- Be the main contact between our Vietnam team and other departments/clients in Japan
- Build and maintain strong relationships both with the internal and external stakeholders
- Create opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business development activities
- Organize and execute customer care activities
- Gather, analyze, and organize information to create Business Development reports
- Manage the tasks of comtors (external stakeholders)
- Organize, host and note report for internal and external meetings
- Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met
- Be a proactive problem solver
- Report to the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An International Degree is considered advantageous.
- English proficiency level is equal to level B2 (Toeic 650 or above)
- Japanese communication skills are preferred (with N2+ level is a plus)
- Outstanding organizational, planning and management skills
- Confident, efficient, self-motivated, result and client orientated, multi-tasker and team-player
- At least 2 years experiences of BD in Japanese market
- Experience in the IT industry, smart device, automotives, IoT is a plus
- Having experience in Japanese culture is a plus
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, Customer Service, and Communication skills. Ability to identify and qualify high-quality sales leads
- A prominent LinkedIn profile is an advantage
- Candidates must submit a CV in both English and Japanese.
