Key Responsibilities:
1. New
Business Development (Big Fish Focus)
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with large corporate clients (e.g. FMCG, Retail, Finance, Tech, Healthcare).
• Proactively generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Understand client business challenges and propose suitable market research solutions.
2. Key Account Management
• Act as the main contact point for key clients.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships to ensure high client retention and repeat business.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across research services.
3. Proposal & Pitching
• Work closely with Research, CS, and Operations teams to develop proposals and tailored research solutions.
• Lead or participate in client pitches, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage pricing strategy and contract discussions to close deals.
4. Market & Client Insight
• Stay updated on market trends, client industries, and competitors.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market opportunities.
5. Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project performance from a client perspective and address issues proactively.
