Mô tả công việc

Utilize social media platforms (such as LinkedIn), email, and cold calling techniques to identify and engage potential prospects.
Manage a team of 20-30 members, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Work directly with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide customized solutions.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations and successful project execution.
Develop and implement efficient word processes and best practices to streamline operations for all staff members.

Yêu cầu

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in international markets, demonstrating a solid understanding of global business dynamics.
Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Strong management skills, including leading and motivating a team to achieve goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
