Mô tả công việc

Manage a team of about 10 members from Ha Noi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh
Creat business development plan for all branch of MOR Software
Search for new customers and partners according to personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Responsible for the full sales cycle. From lead generation through to engagement, new client meetings, sales negotiation and closing.
Generation of new business revenue through networking, making of new contacts and identifying emerging opportunities
Responsible for leading the development of all relevant sales documentation ensuring responses are accurate, commercially viable, on time and of a high quality
Promote the brand, attending industry events that raise our profile and reputation
Conduct research and contact customers to introduce the company and the products/services it provides.
Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
Report work results to the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu

Years of experience: at least 05 years experience in leadership/ management. Deep experience in software industry/ IT outsourcing
Strong knowledge abount IT outsourcing, IT industry
Good computer skills using all major office applications;
Excellent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate advice and recommendations.
Creative, management skill and self-driven;
Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations
