The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving growth and expanding market presence for CPG Vietnam. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and preparing proposals for bid submissions. The role involves strategic planning, customer engagement, and close coordination with internal teams across the CPG Corporation network.
What You'll Do
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals for bid submissions.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Coordinate for events related to sales, branding, marketing, and promotion activities for CPG Vietnam.
• Promote the company's products and services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Set up, maintain, and develop close relationships with clients, authorities, and partners.
• Assist the Group Business Development Manager in developing the Business Development Division and new and current markets.
• Collaborate and coordinate with various internal business units and divisions within the CPG Corporation in Singapore and other countries.
• Other tasks, as requested by Head of BD

Yêu cầu
Minimum Education/Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Language: Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Minimum Years/Type of Experience
• At least 8-10 years of proven experience as a business development manager or relevant role.
Technical Competencies
• Construction Market knowledge.
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Functional Competencies
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and ensure tight deadlines.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Careful, agile, honest, and enthusiastic and keep confidentiality
• Willing to work under pressure
• Strong team work and collaboration
