LiT Strategy is a Singapore founded boutique strategy advisory firm which specializes in providing consulting services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We are currently expanding our team in Vietnam.
We are looking for a
Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Development initiatives in Vietnam
- Lead the operations and team building operations in Vietnam
- Expand professional network in the target market, increasing potential client reach
- Improve company brand presence in the target market
- Conduct on the ground business lead generation with local businesses and stakeholders, identifying viable collaboration opportunities
- Support and suggest improvements for strategies to drive continuous business growth
- Support project delivery
- At times, act as an intermediary between clients in Vietnam and the main office in Singapore
- Achieve assigned KPIs to fulfil business growth
- Liaise with clients (Up to C-Suite)
Yêu cầu
The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related fields
- Have relevant professional experience in Business Development / Consulting in any field
- Possess good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Be proficient in spoken and written English, and fluent in Vietnamese
Being a boutique, there is an expectation that the job scope will be over and above what is described, and we are all expected to be hands-on. Our Analysts can expect to have first-hand experience working with the founders and clients directly.
