📍 Location: Area B- An Phu new urban area - An Khanh, An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
📍Working time: From Mon to Fri, start from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Expertise in Data Utilization: Being proficient in using data to measure and analyze business performance across each department and line of business.
- Critical Evaluation and Metric Definition: Ability to critically evaluate and define business metrics, leading to actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Key Metric Monitoring: Monitoring of key metrics and timely alerting of potential issues to the business.
- Report and Dashboard Design: Designing market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management.
- Report Automation and Dashboard Prototyping: Developing and automating reports, as well as interactively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with cross-functional partners to design and execute tools to serve analytical purposes.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Performing ad-hoc analysis to drill down into certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
- Data Understanding and Visualization: Understanding data from a business perspective and visualizing it to aid in business tracking, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Colleague Support: Providing support to colleagues for understanding data insights and handling basic data analysis skills.

- Ability to provide training and coaching.
- Proficient in English for communication and writing.
