Mô tả công việc
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with local regulations and managing payroll processes across various Asian countries. He/She has a strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices in the Asian region. He/She acts as a role model regarding Olmix's values implementation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Compliance Management: 20%
• Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in multiple Asian countries.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with legal and HR teams to implement changes in policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Payroll Processing: 40%
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Asian countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with payroll providers and finance teams to gather necessary payroll data.
• Manage payroll vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
Taxation and Reporting: 20%
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll-related taxes and statutory contributions.
• Prepare and submit required reports to local authorities.
• Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations affecting payroll.
Employee Relations: 5%
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues promptly.
• Educate employees on payroll policies, tax deductions, and compliance matters.
Process Improvement: 5%
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
Data Quality 10%
• Update Olmix Group HR software accurateliy (Olmix and Me, Skill-up...)
Other HR team support
• Support HR Asean team within the following process :
+ Conducting exit interviews.
+ Collecting and analyzing employee data.
+ Using data to create employee profiles.
+ Liaising between employees and management.
+ Compensation and benefits benchmarks

REQUIREMENT PROFILE:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good English communication
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance management in Asian countries.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across various Asian jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
• Certifications in payroll or related fields are a plus.
